We are motivated knowing we're growing our clients' wealth and securing their future.

-Elizabeth B. Graham, Chief Operating Officer

Trustworthy. Genuine. Helpful.

Elizabeth Graham, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer,  works with individuals and families to manage their investments and serve as a financial sounding board during the transition from selling a business to retirement or career change to death or divorce.  Devoted to her clients, she endeavors to help them understand the financial dynamics in the investment markets and bring a strategic and common-sense approach to growing their wealth.

Bridging the gap to success.

Liz’s close relationship with her clients enables her to provide resourceful solutions to make their lives and financial management less stressful. She draws from a vast array of contacts to connect her clients with the professional assistance they need to manifest success.

It’s not rare to find Liz providing in-depth, one-on-one investment training and financial management insight for clients. She’s able to enhance their understanding with focused presentations, as well as the quarterly Riggs Report. For this reason, many local business professionals, especially women, seek her guidance as a sounding board for business advice.

Grounded in the community.

With a passion for giving back to the community, Liz has served in several leadership roles.  She is the Past Chair of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry, the first woman to Chair that Board in the Organization’s 135-year history. She has served as Chair of the Boards of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, The Diamond City Partnership, Circle 200, CASA of Luzerne County, The Bear Creek Association, and The Nuangola Lake Association (also the first woman to Chair that Board in its 125-year history).  In addition, she has served on the Advisory Board of FNCB Bank, the Board of the FM Kirby Center, several other community boards, and as a council member of the Nuangola Borough Council.

In June 2009, Liz was recognized by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce with the ATHENA Award.  This award is given annually to the woman who has made significant contributions to the business and local community and served as a mentor to other women. Liz graduated from Leadership Wilkes-Barre in 2002. In 2003, she co-founded Circle 200, a by-invitation-only forum for senior executive women in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where she continues to serve as an Advisor and Member of its Board.  Today, Circle 200 has more than 140 women leaders in its membership. She helped to develop Women Business Leaders in Healthcare in 2001, and today that organization has 1,400 senior executive women members. In 2021, Liz was asked to help build and serve as Treasurer to Fork Over Love, a new non-profit organization geared toward providing financial support to restaurants hit hard by the pandemic and providing food to those dealing with food insecurity. In 2025, Ms. Graham launched the Spark Me Podcast geared toward women facing life transitions.

Prior to joining Riggs in 2000, Liz directed the marketing and strategic planning efforts for a large national law firm with offices in Washington, D.C., New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Stamford, Newark, and Dallas.

In her free time, you’ll find Liz on slopes, on the greens, fetching shoes from Kip’s mouth, or enjoying a lovely sunset with friends.
